Terms of Service — Dynamic QR

By using Touch Dynamic QR and creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
1. The Service & Our Core Promise
We give you dynamic QR codes: the printed code encodes a permanent short link, and you can change its destination anytime from your dashboard — the printed code keeps working. We commit to keeping this true.
2. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for:
- Phishing, malware, or any content that deceives users.
- Illegal content under Egyptian law.
- Spam or redirect abuse.
- Links pointing at our own site (redirect loops) or at private/local networks.
We screen links for known malicious sites on create and update, and anyone can report an abusive code via Report Abuse.
3. Free-Tier Limits (Beta)
The service is free during beta: up to 20 QR codes per account. We may introduce paid plans later and will announce them before they apply.
4. Our Right to Suspend & Disable
- We may disable any code that violates these terms. A disabled code shows a warning page instead of redirecting — it never fails silently.
- We may suspend violating accounts.
- You can pause your own codes anytime from your dashboard.
5. Beta Service, No Uptime Guarantee
The service is in beta: we make no uptime guarantee. However, if we ever shut the service down, we commit to giving at least 30 days’ notice, and you will be able to change your destinations until the end of that period.
6. Your Account & Data
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can export your data (“Export my data”) and delete your account (“Delete my account”) from the dashboard. Clear warning: deleting a code or your account permanently breaks printed codes. See the Privacy Policy.
